In this conference, the chancellors of Islamic, French and Arabic universities on the African continent were present.
It should be noted that the country of Mali is located on the west coast of the African Sahara, where about 95% of the country's 21 million population are Muslims. The Muslims of this country mainly follow the Tijaniyyah sect, and among them are also followers of other religions such as Shiites and Malikis.
